In this article, we explain what the completeness checks in the Analysis Cockpit mean.

Tachograph cockpit

The cockpit gives you an overview of the current status and completeness of your tachograph archive, based on how your account is set up. This means that the completeness check only looks at the administrations and drivers in your account.

If your archive is complete, you will see two green check marks - one for Vehicle completeness and one for Driver completeness. If your archive is not complete, you will see a warning icon. When you click on this icon, a list will appear showing the items that are missing or causing the archive to be incomplete.

Our recommendation is to make sure that both Vehicle completeness and Driver completeness are marked in green and up to date. Please click on the links above to read more about these columns.

You might also see messages about Vehicle messages or Driver infringements. These are common notifications and are usually caused by (small)  issues with the vehicle or driver.

The last icon is for the Missing mileage. These are the missing mileage messages that are spread across three topics: No driven miles, with driven miles and Out of scope.

The severity of these messages is shown with a coloured icon:
Orange - medium priority
Red - High priority. Needs immediate action

Warning: In order to let the completeness check work properly, it’s important to set the at “Available from” in all Administrations and “Employment Periods” under Employees. Even if these are created automatically.
