What are Vehicle messages?

FleetGO provides different vehicle messages based on the current of your vehicle. These messages can be related to the tachograph head unit in the vehicle or driver activity. All messages are being translated from the tachograph vehicle files directly.

Vehicle messages are divided into different categories within the FleetGO platform:

  1.  General events (Contact FleetGO for support)
  2.  Recording equipment faults (technical issues detected by the tachograph)
  3.  Manufacturer specific (technical issues from the tachograph)

Where to find Vehicle messages

1. Navigate to Tachograph and click on Data Analysis
2. Select Vehicle messages

We recommend regularly checking the vehicle messages and take action where needed. This helps prevent problems and keeps your fleet running smoothly. Click on a notification in the Analysis Cockpit to see all related events for that vehicle.

Tip: If you have many recording equipments faults or manufacturer specific, please contact your tachograph specialist.
