The download intervals for tachograph and driver card data are displayed in the Download Cockpit. By default, we use an interval of 7 days to download all data, but to can be changed according to your preferences. In the settings, you can adjust the intervals for both the driver card and tachograph, and these settings apply to all company cards.

In this example, the both the driver download interval and vehicle download interval have been set to a download every 5 days.

The European statutory time limit is 90 days for the vehicle and 28 days for the driver card (Ireland 21 days). 

If you would like to change the interval you can click on the hamburger menu icon. Click ´Edit´ and adjust the interval as needed. For example, if you want daily downloads, you can set it accordingly and click ´Save´

You can also specify the number of days for the initial download, indicating how far back we can download the data with your permission. This depends on the tachograph´s storage capacity, with a maximum of 365 days.

Legally, there is a requirement of at least 1 year. If you want to automatically delete data older than 1 year, select the option: Remove tachograph files outside retention period and click Save.

Vehicle download status

The vehicle download status overview shows the status of all download sessions from the tachograph. It indicates how many days are left before the desired attempt and how many days are left before the required attempt. If a download session fails within the planned term, the line is marked yellow. If it fails within the required term, it is marked red. It is crucial to download data as soon as possible for any red marked vehicles. If the download occurs within the desired attempt, the line is marked white and the status 'OK'.

Employee download status

For driver card download sessions, a similar status display is provided. If a download sessions fails withtin the planned or required term, appropriate markings are displayed.
