This page contains the download status of all the driver card downloads. On this page you can check if your downloads are still properly coming in and when the system recorded the last trip of this particular driver.

Where can you find it

Select: Tachograph → Remote download → Employee download status

What does it mean/do

Below we added a screenshot of this page and the meaning of the columns will be explained.

1. The name of the driver, if there is a number that starts with ID, the card for this driver was not successfully downloaded yet.

2. Last successful download attempt.

3. Shows the amount of days left before the system attempts another download. If this is a negative number, and it is still making active trips, action is needed.

4. Indicates the number of days until the next legally required download. If this number goes negative and you still have the driver card in use, action is required.

5. Displays the date of the last attempted download.

6. Shows the status of the last download attempt.

7. The last trip recorded by our device.

You can check if a download status is active or inactive by selecting the Status and change it, as shown below:

Activating inactive download status

When there is a Driver with an inactive download status, you can click on the 'hamburger menu' and activate it again by clicking on Activate, as shown in below example:

Colour status

White: Downloads are within the scheduled interval.

Yellow: Downloads are out of the scheduled interval but within the legally required download time.

Red: Downloads are out of both the scheduled interval and legally required download time.
