In this article, we explain what is shown on the download sessions page.

All tachograph download records and any error messages can be viewed on the download sessions page.
When you click on a download line, you'll be able to access the specifics of the download, including the log and any error messages.

Download sessions are organised by administration, and various filters are available to find the desired information. For instance, you can filter by administration, driver, file type, and download status.

A download session may fail if the vehicle's ignition was turned of too soon. In such cases, the FleetGO device will automatically attempt the download session again when the vehicle's ignition is turned on.

One of the most frequent errors is 'Wrong company card selected.'
This indicates that the tachograph is currently linked to an incorrect company card, possibly from a previous owner. As a result, FleetGO cannot retrieve the necessary information. To resolve this issue, the correct company card must be locked in the tachograph.
