Files

This article explains where to find Tachograph files and the actions you can take on this page.

Finding tachograph files

To access an overview of all tachograph and driver card files, navigate to Tachograph > Common > Files. This section lists all files related to your vehicles and drivers.

Filtering files

You can easily locate specific files using various filters, including:

• Group
• Type
• Administration (licence plate number)
• Status of the downloaded files
• Driver

Uploading files

If needed, you can manually upload files to the platform, provided they are saved on your computer in the .ddd format.

1. Click on the Upload option.

2. Drag and drop the files into the designated area on the screen, or click on the bar that says, “Click here to select tacho files to upload or just drop the tacho files here.”

3. Select the files from your folder and click Open.

Once the upload is successful, the files will appear in the overview.

Downloading a period

To download files for a specific period, click on Period Download at the top of the page. This feature allows you to create a Zip file containing tacho files for all drivers or vehicles over a selected timeframe.
