How to create a Zip file with a period of tacho-files (all drivers or vehicles)

If you are requested by an agency that you need to provide all tacho files from a certain period, you can download them from the platform in 2 Zip files, 1 for all the Drivers and 1 for all the vehicles you had in that period.

In the following steps you will see how to get there and the details you will have to fill in to get the requested Files.

When you are logged into the system, you can go to Tachograph > Common > Files and on that page you choose for Period downloads.



 
The next steps will be that you can choose a period and if you want to download the vehicle or driver files.

  1. Here you can set the start date of the period you want to download the files for.

  2. Here you can set the end date of the period you want the files for.

  3. File type, Vehicle or driver

  4. Click on download to get a Zip file containing all the files of that period of the selected file type.

 The Zip file will only contain the files we have in our platform.
