Setting up employees in FleetGO Telematics

In FleetGO, you can easily add employees to assign them as drivers to your vehicles. Additionally, you can grant them login access by creating user accounts within the platform. Follow the steps below to set up an employee properly.

Adding a new employee to FleetGO

  1. In the Management menu click on Employees.
  2. Click New.
  3. Fill in your employee details. Make sure at least a name and email address is filled in.
  4. Click Save.
     

If the employee has been set up you can add them as a driver to the administration using the steps outlined below.

Assign a driver to an administration

  1. Navigate from Management to Administrations.
  2. Choose the right administration.
  3. In the View Vehicle page click on Edit.
  4. Choose the employee in the driver drop-down.
  5. Click Save.

Once an employee has been set up, you can also grant them access as a user of the platform.

Important: For vehicles with a tachograph allocating a driver to a vehicle isn't necessary and can be cause for downloading problems.

You can set up your employees in FleetGO to add them as drivers to your vehicles. Next to that you can also create a user after you have defined the employee.
