How do I provide login credentials to an employee?

In order to provide your employees with login details, you first have to set up employees. Afterwards, you can link users to the employees. The employee will receive the login details by e-mail. In this article, we will explain how to do this.

Setting up employees

  1. In the Management menu, click on Employees.
  2. Click on New.
  3. Fill in your employee details. Make sure at least a name and e-mail address is filled in.
  4. Click on Save.

Setting up users

When the employee has been set up, you can follow the next steps to set up a user.

  1. In the Management menu, click on Users.
  2. Click on New.
  3. Find the employee in the drop-down menu. 
  4. Determine the role of the user.
  5. Determine if the user is allowed to receive a status report and/or newsletter.
  6. Click on Save.

As soon as you saved the user, the employee will receive login credentials for FleetGO.
