The Trip page in the FleetGO app is only available for the following roles:

• Admin | All trips from all administrations visible
• Group admin | All trips from all administrations in group visible
• Driver | Trips from own administration visible

Date

The Trip page will show all the trips from the date you selected. By default this is the current day. If you want to change the date, select the calendar icon in the left top.

Business, private or commute?

Via the app you can easily change the trip kind to Business, private or commute. Just select the checkbox in front of the trip and select the right trip kind. Please note that private trips can only be changed to Business or commute by the driver! 

Other features

When clicking on the on the 3 dots in the right top, a menu with the following functions will open:

1. New correction | Read this article about this feature 

2. Search by administration or driver | Toggle between administration or driver

3. Show mileage or duration | Toggle between displaying the duration of the trip or the mileage of the administration

4. Annual overview (only visible when you have a driver selected) | This function is explained in the next paragraph.

Annual overview

The annual overview shows you how many Business, private and commute km's you drove in the selected year. If your Fleetmanager has entered a maximum allowance for private kilometers, this will be shown in the overview as well.
