This functionality in the FleetGO app is available for the following roles:

• Admin | All administrations visible
• Group admin | All administrations in group visible
• Driver| Own administration visible

Adding a correction trip

Step 1 (left) Navigate to the Trips screen and select the vehicle for which you want to add a Correction Trip

Step 2 (right): Click on the 3 dots in the right top to open the menu, now select New correction

Step 3: Fill in the date, time, new mileage and optional a comment. When finished, click on the checkmark icon in the right top

   

Your Correction Trip is added and visible in your trip overview

FleetGO CAN Bus

A connection to your vehicle’s CAN bus is the safest and easiest way to accurately track mileage and eliminate the need to manually enter correction trips. Because the black box connects directly to the digital odometer, you always get a one-to-one representation of your actual mileage in your trip registration. Even when GPS reception is weak or completely lost, the mileage continues to be recorded—just like in your vehicle.
