Within FleetGO it's possible to activate notifications for specific events and have these show up in your FleetGO account as well as per email. This article explains how this works and how you can set this up. 

Which notifications are available?

The notifications for which you can subscribe are displayed on the Notification subscriptions page. Use the link to directly go to the page or navigate to Management > Notification > Notification subscriptions in your FleetGO account. 

As of this moment a few notification subscriptions are possible but we will be adding more as we go along. The current events to get notified about are: 

Notification Description Notification on day
Administration status report

 

 Notifies you when one or more active administrations experience possible issues N/A

Vehicle maximum legal download period

 Notifies you when the maximum vehicle download period is about to expire or has expired 21-14-7-0
Next tacho calibration date Notifies you when the next tacho calibration date is about to expire or has expired 21-14-7-0
Processing of driver activity violation Notifies you when the processing of driver infringements is about to expire or has expired 8-4-0
Driver maximum legal download period Notifies you when the maximum driver download period is about to expire or has expired 9-6-3-0
Company card not available Notifies you when a company card used to lock a tachograph is not available. N/A
Company card expiry date Notifies you when a company card is about to expire or has expired 90-45-0
Driver card expiry date Notifies you when a tag is about to expire or has expired 90-45-0
Vehicle Inspection Failed Notifies when vehicle inspection has been set to failed This notification is send once
Vehicle driving without driver card Notifies you when a vehicle is driving for more than 2 kilometers without a driver card This notification is send once
Employee is automatically created Notifies you when an employee is automatically from a manual upload of his/her driver card file N/A
Vehicle is automatically created
Notifies you when a vehicle administration is automatically created from a manual upload of the corresponding mass storage file

How to subscribe

In order to subscribe for notifications head over to the Notification subscriptions page. Please note that you can be notified in your FleetGO account as well as per email if desired. Follow the steps below to get notified:

  1. Navigate to Management > Notifications > Notification subscriptions
  2. Click on the notification you want to enable or use the hamburger-icon on the right side and click edit
  3. Activate the checkbox for Enabled
  4. Activate the checkbox for Email if you also want to get notified by email
  5. Activate the checkbox for Mobile if you also want to get notified by on your mobile

Note:To disable a subscription follow the same steps as above and uncheck the boxes 

Where will notifications be displayed?

Notifications will be displayed in the top right of your FleetGO account. The envelope icon will turn red when new notifications are available.
