Driver's Guide - use in the vehicle

Dear Driver,

This article explains:

• the Private/Business switch;
• the RFID reader and RFID tag.

User guide: Private/Business switch

1. Unlock the car with the car key as usual.
2. Start the car.
3. Set the switch to the desired position:
   Light OFF = Business
   Light ON = Private
4. Start your journey.

When the journey has ended and the engine is switched off, the position of the switch selected at that time is recorded in the journey report.

Please note: You do not need to manually set each journey as private or business. Only change the position of the switch
when the journey type changes. The position of the switch then determines
the journey type for subsequent journeys.

User guide: RFID tag

Using the RFID tag when starting the car

1. Unlock the car with the car key as usual.
2. Start the car.
3. The RFID reader in the car now emits an audible signal and the light on the reader turns red.
4. Hold the blue FleetGO tag against the reader for approximately 3 seconds.
5. The audible signal stops and the light on the reader turns green.
6. Identification is now complete and you can start driving.

When the journey has ended and the engine is switched off, the tag is automatically disconnected.

For the next journey, the tag must be held against the reader again.
