| FleetGO ID | New login experience | June / July 2026 |
We are preparing the introduction of FleetGO ID, our new login platform for FleetGO applications.
FleetGO ID will provide a modern and secure way to access FleetGO services and will form the foundation for future improvements to account management and security.
Most users do not need to take any action and can continue using their existing username and password. Users who currently use Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) or Microsoft Sign-In will be required to reconfigure these settings after the introduction of FleetGO ID. Please refer to the instructions below for more information. See Additional steps for MFA and Microsoft Sign-In users below
What will change?
In the near future, the current FleetGO login page will be replaced by a new FleetGO ID login page.
You will continue to access the FleetGO platform through the same URL as you do today. The main difference is that you will see a new login screen when signing in.
New login page
Why does FleetGO make this change?
FleetGO ID provides a modern authentication platform that supports the future development of FleetGO services and applications.
By introducing FleetGO ID, we are creating a foundation for future enhancements, such as access to multiple FleetGO applications using a single account and a more consistent login experience across our platforms.
While the way you access FleetGO may evolve over time, the introduction of FleetGO ID itself does not change how you use FleetGO today
Additional steps for MFA and Microsoft Sign-In users
If you currently use Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) or Microsoft Sign-In, additional steps are required after the introduction of FleetGO ID.
If you use Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) or Microsoft Sign-In in combination with the FleetGO mobile app, please ensure you are using FleetGO app version 2.5.19 or later on Android or iOS
How to reconfigure MFA
- Sign in to FleetGO using your existing username and password.
- When prompted, start the MFA setup process.
- Open your authenticator app (for example, Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator).
- Scan the QR code displayed on screen.
- Enter the verification code generated by your authenticator app.
- Complete the setup process.
Once MFA has been configured successfully, you can continue using FleetGO as usual.
After verifying that the new MFA configuration works correctly, you may remove the old FleetGO MFA entry from your authenticator app if desired.
How to reconnect your Microsoft account
- Open the FleetGO login page.
- Click Sign in with Microsoft.
- On the FleetGO ID login screen, enter your FleetGO email address and password (see image below)
- Complete the account linking process.
Once completed, your Microsoft account will be linked to FleetGO ID. Future logins using Sign in with Microsoft will work as usual.
