Download command

If you are using FleetGO's hardware like the CubiQ, you can configure download commands for your tachograph and driver card data. This allows you to start downloading data right away by activating the download command. For instance, if a driver or vehicle leaves the company and you need to retrieve the latest data, you can initiate the download command to get the information you need.

Note: Make sure you always make a final download for your vehicles and driver cards.

Vehicle download command

1. Login at FleetGO.
2. Navigate to: Tachograph > Remote download > Download commands. 
3. Click New. 
4. Choose Download Type: Vehicle.
5. Select the administration (vehicle) you would like to perform the download for.
6. At start- and end date you can fill in the period you wish to download. 
7. Click Save.
8. The download command is send directly to the tachograph, make sure the vehicle is running. 

Tip: Only send the command when the vehicle is running. 

Driver download command

1. Login at FleetGO.
2. Navigate to: Tachograph > Remote download > Download commands. 
3. Click New. 
4. Choose Download Type: Driver.
5. Select the driver you would like to perform the download for.
6. Click Save.
7. The download command should automatically start if the driver card is in an active state. 

Tip: Only send the command when the driver card has been inserted in the tachograph.
