First plug in the reader in the USB of your PC. Please give permission or install new drivers if Windows asks for this.
Download and install: the FleetGO Driver card reader terminal App from the Microsoft Store. System requirements: Windows version 10 or higher.
- Open the App on your device, it asks for an authorization code. To create the authorization code, you have to log in to your FleetGO account: https://app.fleetgo.com/

Go to the Tachograph > Common > Driver card download terminals in the left side menu.
- Click on New and give it a name of your choice. In the overview, you will now see your Driver card download terminal:
- To get the authorization code, you have to click on the small icon located on the right side:
- From there, you click on Show authorization code. This code is valid 10 minutes, if the code has expired, you can repeat step 4. Every click generates a new authorization code.
- Copy the authorization code and paste this in to the FleetGO Drivercard reader terminal App and click Authorize:
You should see the reader on your App screen. You have successfully connected your driver download reader to the FleetGO Cloud and you can start downloading your driver card files.
Check your uploaded files in FleetGO > Tachograph > Common > Files. Uploaded files by your card reader are marked as “Manual”.
