This article explains what information is shown in the Driver Completeness tab and how to manage this section in the FleetGO portal.

What is Driver Completeness?

The Driver Completeness tab shows notifications based on data received from the tachograph driver cards. These notifications help ensure your tachograph archive is up to date.

Our advice: make sure both Driver Completeness and Vehicle Completeness are marked green for full compliance. The most important notifications are shown with a red exclamation mark, see below.

Notification colours explained

Each notification is shown in a specific colour, indicating the urgency.

Red - notifications not resolved for a long time and requires urgent attention
Yellow - notifications need to be addressed soon
White - notifications have been solved

Possible notifications

No tacho files found:
There is no download session completed from the driver card. This notification can appear when a driver has not been driving for a extended period. The tachograph has not been able to finish a whole download session.

No employment periods found:
Start date of employment is missing. Fill in all open startdates for employees by clicking at the button:

To set a start date for all (open) employees you can select one of the following options:

  • Fixed date (select a date to update all employees with)
  • Date of the first trip (determine the date based on the first trip of the driver)
  • Date of the first tacho activity (determine the date based on the first tacho data that is collected in the platform for the driver)

Click Save, error messages are marked white/solved.

Processing notifications

After reviewing and probably adding the missing data, you can mark the notification as handled.

1. Click the Set to processed button (top left corner)

2. Use the notes field to record what you discussed or what actions were taken.

Tip: If your notification is not named in this article, send us a request.
