If you're not receiving automated e-mails from FleetGO, your e-mail address might be on a blacklist. At first we advice you to check if the email got into your Spam box. If this is not the case, you can follow the next steps to unblock your e-mail address for FleetGO e-mails.
Steps to unblock your e-mail address:
- Login at FleetGO web
- Navigate to Employees
- The yellow shaded text are the blocked e-mail addresses
- Click hamburger icon (horizontal bars)
- Choose: Remove e-mail suppression
- Click OK for confirmation
- E-mail address is now unblocked and the text has no shading
addTip: unblocking an e-mail address within FleetGO doesn't mean this e-mail address is unblocked from a blacklist. It might be possible that you have to repeat these steps in the future when you experience problems with receiving the e-mails from FleetGO.
Login issues for users
If you have an user role within FleetGO and cannot login since you can't receive e-mails, please contact the Admin of the FleetGO account. Admins can unblock your e-mail address by following aforementioned steps. After unblocking you can send a password reset via Login page of FleetGO.
