Within FleetGO it's possible to generate a declaration report based upon the compensation per mile (kilometer). This article will explain how to set this up. 

Add Compensation to the administration

First, you need to add the compensation amount to the administration. Please follow the below steps:

  1. Navigate from to Management and click on Administrations
  2. Choose and click the licence plate
  3. Click Edit
  4. Navigate to the tab Settings
  5. Fill in the Compensation field
  6. Hit Save 
Note: At this time, the amount can only be filled in euro cents. Please send in a request if you wish to have this changed.

Generate Declaration report

When the compensation is defined, it's possible to generate the declaration report by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to Reports
  2. Click on Basic Reports to open it
  3. Choose Declarations
  4. Fill in the desired fields and click the Download button

The report generates the columns as in the image below. The column total will show the amount of compensation following the formula Distance * Compensation.

Important: If an administration is inactive, this needs to be changed to active before a Declaration report can be created. You can contact support for this.
