Private detour

If you have a business or commute trip in which you make a (short) private stop you can insert these private distance within the business trip. This article will explain how to add the private detour distance inside a trip. 

Private detour

Some trips can have two different purposes. Let's use an example: on a business trip you are driving by a friend and leave the car running. This trip will be shown as one trip as the car hasn't been switched off. This trip will have a business kind by default however you have made some distance as wel for a personal matter. This distance can be clarified within FleetGO using the following steps: 

1. Navigate to Production
2. Choose the right administration and date range
3. Click on the trip
4. Choose Edit
5. Fill in the distance in the field Private detour in km
6. Click Save
