Forgot username

This article explains how to act when you forgot your username. A user is a person within the FleetGO platform which has access to certain menu's and data based upon the role that has been awarded. Every user has a username and a password they can use to login. In general your username will be your email address.

Forgot username

If you forgot or lost your username you have three options to obtain it:

1. Try and see if your email address works. If your email address isn't your username please go for option 2 or 3.
2. Ask the administrator of your FleetGO account. He or she can look this up by navigating to Management - Users.
3. Send an e-mail to support@fleetgo.com.
