View inactive administrations

If an administration is no longer active in your fleet you can deactivate the administration and/or the device by sending a request. The administration will be set to inactive. In the default view the inactive administrations are not visible. However, the data of these administrations are stored and can be viewed using in mulitple menu's. This article will explain how to view them in the different menu's.

Production

The default view within the menu Production is set to active administrations. You can choose one of these administrations in the drop-down menu. To make the inactive administrations appear in the drop-down follow these steps:

  1. Click on the arrow next to more.
  2. Select Inactive administrations.
  3. Click on the drop-down menu with at Administration.
  4. Select the desired inactive administration.
  5. Set the Date range.

Management

In order to get an overview of your administrations navigate to Management and click on Administrations on the left side. The default status is set to active administrations. To change this and get to the trips overview follow the steps:

  1. Navigate to Management and click on Administrations.
  2. Change the Status to inactive.
  3. You will now get an overview of your inactive administrations.
  4. Click on the three horizontal stripes next to the administration.
  5. Choose Trips Overview.
  6. You will be led to the menu Production. Determine the Date range to get the trips overview.

Reports

To generate a report based upon an inactive administrion follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Reports and choose one of the reports on the left side.
  2. Select Inactive administrations.
  3. The inactive administrions will be added to the drop-down menu or select All Administrions to get a complete overview.
