On this page, you can find the driver's working hours overview. This article explains what is displayed on this page.

Driver working hours overview

This section provides an overview of the total working hours for a driver. You can filter the data by selecting the driver and the period. If you want to include rest period or show data per 24 hours, you can tick the corresponding boxes.

When these selections have been made, the following data will be shown (click on the picture to enlarge).


The data is based on driver's selections in the tachograph, which is recorded on the driver card. There are dedicated columns driving, work, availability and rest. It also shows short breaks and night work.

Depending on the selected period, all daily times are summed up to a total time, which is displayed in bold.

The total working time per tachograph week, which includes driving and work combined, is reflected in the Driving working hours average.

Exports

In the top right corner above the table, there is an Exports button. It can be used to export the overview in either PDF or CSV (Excel). Additionally, this overview can be scheduled, allowing you to receive an automated email for example every Monday morning with the previous week's driver working hours data.
