You can arrange your vehicles in specific groups to have a better overview of your fleet. This article will show you how to set up a Group and assign your administrations.

Setting up a Group

Please follow the next steps to set up a Group:

  1. Navigate to Management and click on Groups
  2. Click New
  3. The code will be filled in automatically
  4. Fill in the other blank fields
  5. You can leave the searchcode empty
  6. Click Save

Assign your administrations

As soon as you defined and set up your Groups you can assign the administrations using the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Management and click on Administrations
  2. Choose one of the administrations
  3. Click Edit
  4. Choose the right group from the drop-down
  5. Click Save

View administrations per group

When you assigned your administrations into groups you can easily filter them if you want to have an overview of a certain group.

  1. Navigate to Management and click on Administrations
  2. Click on the drop-down by Group and choose the desired Group to view
Note: View all vehicles by clicking the x in the Group drop-down

Add employees to a group

After defining your groups you can also add employees to specifics groups by following the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Management and click on Employees
  2. Choose one of the employees
  3. Click the pencil icon on the right
  4. Choose the right group from the drop-down
  5. Click Save
You can arrange your vehicles in specific groups to have a better overview of your fleet. On this page you're able to create new Groups after which you can also assign administrations to it.
