In the Production menu, question marks can be displayed at the "From/to" section of a trip. In this article we explain what this means.

Question marks at trips

If you see in the Production menu question marks in the "From/to" section of a trip, this means that our system can not find a place name (yet). This may mean that a trip is still going on. When a trip ends, these details will be automatically completed.

Is not this the case? Then there could be a malfunction or the address does not appear in our database, in this case you will have to enter the address yourself.
