Unassign Dongle / Tracker

If you make use of the FleetGO Dongle/Tracker and this device is no longer used in a certain administration you need to unassign the Dongle/Tracker and put it on stock. This article will explain how to do this. 

Unassign Dongle

  1. Navigate to Management > Common > Dongles./Trackers
  2. Click on the three line menu next to the Dongle: mceclip1.png
  3. Choose for Unassign Dongle/tracker
  4. Click OK

The Dongle/Tracker will be put on stock and you can assign it to another administration when desired.
