This article explains what information is shown in the Driver Activities tab in the FleetGO portal and how to work with the data.
What are Driver Activities?
Driver Activities provide a daily breakdown of all the activities selected by te driver on the tachograph. These are recorded on the driver card and include activities such as:

Where to find Driver Activities
1. Navigate to Tachograph and click on Data Analysis
2. Select Driver Activities
How to use the Driver Activities tab
1. Choose the driver from the dropdown menu
2. Select the period you
want to review
3. The activity chart will appear, showing all selected activities per day
Beneath the activity chart, a detailed daily breakdown is shown for each activity type.
You can filter the data sourcing using the 'Entry type' filter.
- Driver card: this is data downloaded automatically via the tachograph
- Manually entered: this is data added manually by an admin in the FleetGO portal to advise about for example annual leave or sick leave.
- Driver card and manual: this is data downloaded automatically via the tachograph, which include any manual entries in the tachograph head unit done by the driver.
Exporting data
You can export the activity data using the Export button. Export. Choose from the following options:
Download as CSV
Download as PDF
Mail report, send a one-time report by email
