Do you want your employees to log in with their Microsoft account in FleetGO? Then activate Microsoft authentication for your account. In the article below we explain how this works.

Step 1: Log in as Administrator and navigate to Account settings via your account name

Step 2: Once you have opened the Account settings screen, navigate to the Security tab

Now check the box behind 'Allow Microsoft authentication' and enter your Azure Tenant ID.

You can find your organization's Azure Tenant ID within Azure at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/fundamentals/how-to-find-tenant, or at https:// www.whatismytenantid.com /.

The domain name is often the last part of the email address.

Press Save after entering the Tenant ID.

Step 3:
If everything is configured correctly, every employee can now log in via the 'Sign in with Microsoft' button on the login page.

When a user uses the button for the first time, they will first see the screen to create the link between the FleetGO account and the Microsoft account. In this screen the user must enter FleetGO login details.

The FleetGO user account is now linked to the Microsoft Account.

Please note!

1. Once the link with the Microsoft account has been made, you must always log in via the Sign in with Microsoft button

2. It is not possible to turn the feature on or off for individual users.
